Before placing an order, please read these terms carefully. By placing an order, you automatically accept all the terms of this document. If you do not agree with the terms, do not place an order.
1. Order completion stages
You send a detailed description of your wishes and references.
I confirm the possibility of fulfilling the order and set the price (for more information, see the "Payment" section).
I provide 1-2 draft versions for approval (depending on the complexity: if the order is a sketch, the work stages are not provided).
After the sketch is approved, I will work on it based on your edits (up to 2 rounds of edits are allowed).
I am sending the finished work in PNG format with a link to Google Drive, where you can download it in high quality.
2. Completion dates
Standard deadlines are specified when the order is confirmed and depend on the complexity of the work.
The deadline starts counting after the prepayment is received.
Delays caused by the customer (late approval of sketches, no feedback for more than 24 hours) extend the deadlines proportionally.
Urgent orders (+50% to the cost) are processed as a priority (check the availability in advance).
1. Cost and prepayment
A mandatory prepayment of 100% of the total amount is required to start working.
The cost is listed in the commission list for each individual order category.
2. Payment methods
I accept payment via boosty (PayPal and cards are available).
All payment system fees are paid by the customer.
3. Order cancellation
If you cancel your order before the sketch is approved, I will refund 50% of the prepayment (compensation for the time spent).
If you cancel your order after the sketch is approved, the prepayment will not be refunded (the work has already been completed).
I reserve the right to cancel your order without explanation before work begins. In this case, the prepayment will be fully refunded.
1. Formats and resolutions
The final work is provided in PNG format.
Source files are not provided.
2. Usage rights
Personal use (non-commercial): included in the base price. You can use the work in social networks, for avatars, wallpapers, and printing for personal purposes.
Commercial use (products, merchandise, advertising): requires a separate license (+100% to the cost). Discussed before work begins.
Full copyright transfer is not possible
3. Limitations
You have NO right to
Sell the work as your own creation
Use for illegal, pornographic, Nazi, and terrorist content
Modify the work for commercial use without my permission.
Up to 2 rounds of edits are included after the sketch is approved (minor adjustments to color, pose, and details).
Each additional round of edits: +15% of the order cost.
Major changes after the sketch is approved (new background, adding characters) are considered a new order.
I retain the copyright to all works created.
I have the right to post the work done in my portfolio, social networks and on websites to demonstrate skills (with your name/nickname indicated, if desired).
If you want a complete ban on publication - this is possible for an additional fee (+40% to the cost) and must be agreed upon before the work begins.
Violence against children and animals;
Pornography and sexualized images of minors;
Content glorifying Nazism, terrorism, and hatred based on race, gender, or religion;
Exact copies of other people's works without the permission of the copyright holder (copyright infringement).
Orders with such content will be canceled without refunding the prepayment.
